Elaborarea și implementarea proiectelor este o disciplină practică și modernă solicitată de învăţământ pentru asigurarea activității și dezvoltării durabile a întreprinderilor din mediul antreprenorial, atât din cadrul sectorului privat cât și public.
Principalele obiective ale cursului sunt:
- Înţelegerea fundamentelor teoretice şi metodologice ale elaborării, implementării și adminsitrării proiectelor. Cunoaşterea metodologiei şi aspectelor practice de bază ale disciplinei date.
- Abilitatea de a utiliza informaţia curentă vizând: principalele noţiuni, principii, metode şi metodologii, tehnici şi instrumente specifice în elaborarea şi administrarea proiectelor, aplicabile în condiţiile economiei de piaţă care trebuie cunoscute nu numai de un manager profesionist, dar şi de viitorii specialişti în domeniul economiei, atât pentru cei care activează în sectorul privat al economiei, cât și în sectorul public și non-guvernamental.
